BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Hot Juice Line: Capacity from 1000-54000bottles/hour based on 500ml,it uses hot filling,suitable for the whole fruit production of juice line from fresh juice,concentrated powder blending juice, also used in the pulp filling production line.
KEY FEATURES OF HOT FILLING LINE
The Automatic Juice with Pulp Hot Filling Machine integrates rinsing, pulp filling, juice filling, and capping in a 4-in-1 system. It features PLC control, a touch screen, and is mainly made of SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel.
It can fill hot fruit juice, tea, and other beverages into heat-resistant PET bottles with minimal spare part changes. It supports 0.25–2.5L bottles and a production capacity of 1,000–32,000 BPH. Key electrical components are from Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS, ensuring reliable performance.
We provide a complete PET bottle beverage solution, including blowing, filling, and packing, with optional capacities from 1,000–32,000 BPH, delivering efficient and customizable production lines.
Juice With Pulp Hot Filling Machine
The Monoblock 4-in-1 machine integrates bottle rinsing, pulp filling, juice filling, and capping into a single system, mainly used for hot filling juice with pulp. The entire operation is fully automatic, ensuring efficient and hygienic production.
AIR CONVEYOR
Fixed Air Conveyor System: The conveyor is floor-mounted with integrated fans positioned at the top.
Integrated Air Filtration: An air filter is installed at the intake of each fan to prevent dust from being blown into the bottles.
Gentle Bottle Handling: Bottles are suspended by the neck and transported into the filling machine via air pressure.
Hygienic Material Construction: All product-contact surfaces are constructed from stainless steel (SUS 304/316).
Robust Frame: The supporting rack is fabricated from high-quality welded carbon steel.
WASHING HEADS
Bottles are fed directly through an air conveyor connected to the bottle dial.
All rinse heads are made of 304/316 stainless steel with an injection-type water spray design for cleaner washing and reduced water consumption.
304/316 stainless steel grippers with plastic pads minimize bottle damage during the washing process.
304/316 stainless steel washing pump ensures long-lasting durability and stable performance.
PULP FILLING HEADS
High-precision filling nozzles constructed from 304/316 stainless steel.
Fill volume is precisely controlled with fine adjustments, ensuring a consistent liquid level across all containers.
All wetted parts, including the liquid tank, are made of 304/316 stainless steel. They are mirror-finished to eliminate dead corners for easy cleaning and sanitization.

CAPPING HEADS
