Depalletizer
The depalletizer is designed to automatically unload empty cans from full pallets layer by layer. It uses a stable lifting system and smooth conveying mechanism to ensure gentle handling without damaging the cans. This equipment greatly reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency by achieving continuous and automatic feeding of empty cans into the production line.
Can Turning Conveyor
The can turning conveyor is used to invert cans 180 degrees before washing and filling. The turning mechanism is precisely designed to ensure smooth operation without deformation or scratching of cans. It guarantees that any dust or foreign materials inside the cans can be thoroughly removed during the washing process.
Can Rinser (Washing Machine)
The can rinser effectively cleans the interior of the cans by spraying filtered or sterilized water. It removes impurities, dust, and residues, ensuring that each can meets sanitary standards before filling. The system adopts stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and easy maintenance, making it suitable for various beverage applications.
Filling Machine
The filling machine is the core of the production line. It adopts advanced isobaric or hot-filling technology to ensure accurate liquid levels and consistent filling volume. Capping (Seaming) Machine
