KEY FEATURES OF JUICE LINE
The automatic juice filling machine integrates rinsing, filling, and capping in a 3-in-1 system. It features PLC control, a touch screen interface, and is mainly constructed from SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel.
It can fill hot fruit juice, tea, and other beverages into heat-resistant glass bottles with minimal spare part changes. It supports 0.25–2L bottles and a production capacity of 1,000–32,000 BPH. Key electrical components are from Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS.
With a filling accuracy of ±1%, the machine preserves the natural color, taste, and nutritional value of beverages. It ensures healthy, preservative-free drinks, providing consumers a fresh, visually appealing, and enjoyable drinking experience.

WASHING HEADS
The bottle washing section is designed to thoroughly clean glass bottles before the filling process, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. Bottles are conveyed through an air-driven system or dial turntable and securely held by stainless steel grippers with plastic pads to minimize breakage. High-pressure water spray from 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads ensures complete internal and external cleaning, while water consumption is optimized for efficiency. This section guarantees that all bottles are sanitized and ready for filling.
FILLING HEADS
The pulp and juice filling section is engineered for precise hot filling of juices containing pulp or fibers. It uses advanced temperature control and gentle filling valves to maintain natural taste, nutritional value, and texture of the juice while preventing foaming or pulp clogging. The system supports different bottle sizes and filling volumes with high accuracy. Automated controls ensure consistent performance, reducing product loss and improving production efficiency.
CAPPING HEADS
The capping unit reliably seals bottles with twist, crown, or custom caps, ensuring airtight closure to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. The section is equipped with adjustable torque controls and synchronized bottle positioning to prevent spillage, breakage, or cap damage. FLAT CONVEYOR
